{Erin + Michael} A Wedding Story | The Retreat at Bradley’s Pond Tallahassee Florida Wedding Photographer

Erin and Michael met at a friends birthday almost four year ago. They have a mutual love of kayaking and craft beer, and for their sweet puppy, Tully (who makes an appearance on their wedding day, scroll down to see more). We had so much fun at their engagement session last July. After they braved the hot, humid, Tallahassee weather with me, along with spotting an alligator in the water feet from us, I knew that we were going to work very well together on their wedding day.

Last Saturday was absolutely perfect! And much cooler than their engagement session. Their grey blue and navy color scheme perfectly complimented the gorgeous tall trees at The Retreat at Bradley’s Pond. I loved working with Erin and Michael, their family, and friends. We had lots of dance parties and laughed a lot.

Erin and Michael, congratulations and happy one week of marriage! Here are just a few of my favorites.

Special thanks to my amazing second shooter, Stacy!

When your couple is waiting for you to get setup so they decide to have a dance party on the dock!

I loved Erin + Michael’s table centerpieces. Each table number had photos of them at that age.

Erin would not the let bouquet toss begin until she made sure all her girls were on the dance floor.   When you try to do the group shot and the crowd starts yelling the Florida State war chant and then the fight song…it’s pretty epic. Tallahassee school spirit is so strong, I can’t even explain it.

Thank you so much for trusting me to tell your story.
