Besides weddings, I have to say that maternity is one of my favorite things to shoot!

Amber is one of the sweetest people I know. I met her around 2 years ago, and she is a fellow photographer friend! I was SO excited to do her and her husband Chad’s maternity session out at Goodwood Gardens and Plantation.

It threatened to rain all day, but, as summer does in Florida, the skies opened up to give us some beautiful sunshine just in time for their session.

Lydia with Haus of Beauty did such an incredible job with Amber’s makeup, and Carla over at Cheveux Hair Design rocked her hair. I cannot emphasize enough the difference that professional hair and makeup makes when you’re being photographed!

Amber and Chad, thank you for following me around Goodwood for two hours while I chased the light. I can’t wait to meet baby Beckett- he is SO LOVED already!
