As y’all know, I hosted my annual Sweet Shoppe & Picnic Minis a few weeks ago. After Sarah booked a slot for her and her boyfriend, Kris, I got a message from Kris explaining that he had a special surprise for Sarah- he wanted to use their slot to PROPOSE! I was THRILLED and more than ready to help out with the big secret. We started e-mailed back and forth about how we could surprise her. We eventually decided that we were going to wait until the very end of the slot, and I was going to act like I was all finished, and then he was going to get down on his knee.

The big day arrived– I texted Kris to ask him if he thought Sarah had any idea. He said no! Their slot time came and Kris and I shook hands like we hadn’t been constantly talking for the past week or so. I began their session.

The time came for the “end” of the session. I wanted told Sarah to turn to the side and that I wanted to get a few of her by herself. While I did those- Kris slowly bent down.

After he was in position I told her to turn around and give Kris a big hug…
